New IPO - Ard Insurance

Ard Daatgal JSC, Mongolia's first private insurance company since 1994, is offering 30% of its shares to the public. The company aims to raise 5.2 billion MNT at the Mongolian Stock Exchange to increase its capital. The primary market orders will be taken during 17-26 September 2018. Shares (MSE:AIC) are offered at set price of 700.00 MNT per share. In case of oversubscription, shares will be allocated to all subscribers on a pro-rata basis.
