New IPO - Mandal Insurance

Mandal Daatgal JSC, a domestic insurance company since 2011, is offering 25% of its shares to the public. The company aims to raise 7.5 billion MNT at the Mongolian Stock Exchange to increase its capital. The primary market orders will be taken during 4-18 September, 2018. Shares (MSE:MNDL) are offered at set price of 4,800.00 MNT per share. If there will be an oversubscription, shares for 1 billion MNT will be allocated equally to all bidders and the remaining 6.5 billion MNT shares will be allocated on a pro-rata basis.
